Dane's Farewell

Wow, Dane's farewell at church went so well. We were just so humbled by the amount of people that came out to support Dane and our family on this occassion. We want to thank everyone for being so generous to the cause of Dane's mission. As we sat that night and read thru the letters and cards that Dane received from family and friends our eyes were wet with emotion to know of the love people have for Dane. Thanks again for all you have done in helping us in some way in preparing Dane for this time.

The lunch after sacrament meeting went well. It was a good to be able to talk with everyone and to thank them for coming. I know there were a lot of people (I think we counted 135) there and we had a hard time getting around to everyone. We are glad that those that came down were able to come and enjoy the food and the good times. We would like to thank those for helping with the food for that day as well. Dane sure was awe struck with the amount of people. He told me that when he was sitting up on the stand and looking over all the people there it made him so happy he couldn't wipe the smile off his face. Thanks again for all the love and support
